This gives you the benefit of keeping costs down, however you may have more difficulty in getting the bank account opened as you will need to print the certificate onto 160 gsm Ivory card and the bank (depending on the branch) may require a confirmation of shareholders. Whilst this package can be used by anyone, it is primarily aimed towards accountants and company formation service providers so that they can add value to a company formation service for their own customers.
