Packages and Addons

The majority of customers set up a company to buy and sell goods or services and ultimately make a profit for you. These are called Limited By Shares companies (you own shares in the company) and make up 99% of the companies we form. There are two other types available on this website. If you are forming a club or association or a charity, these are referred to as "not for profit" companies (actually called Limited By Guarantee because you don't own shares in this type of company). Finally if you are setting up a partnership, such as solicitors or accountants, you can form a Limited Liability Partnership.
